As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for selling online
advertising to a range of clients. As an Online Sales Executive you
will be required to generate new business as well as deal with incoming
leads and the managing of existing account up-sells. As an Online Sales
Executive you must maintain excellent client sales relationships and
increase the profile of the company to every new client. You will be
responsible for selling over the phone as well organising face-to-face
client meetings.
As a Sales Executive you will have preferably had some experience
within media sales and now be looking to further your sales career at a
leading business Internet marketing company. Online experience is not
essential but preferable and you should have a genuine interest in
Internet marketing. You will be a self-motivated, team player who
currently exceeds their targets and wants to further their sales career
and see clear progression.
We are in a fast moving industry that does not stay still for long and
so you will need to continually stay on top of developments and new
technology. For this you will be rewarded with quarterly pay reviews
and appraisals to ensure that you are compensated for your achievements.
Duties:
Selling services to new clients
Cold-calling, making presentations, negotiating, and closing deals
Managing leads provided by other campaigns
Interact with other departments within the company during the sales cycle
Driving sales campaigns
Professional networking
Directs and assists with sales / campaigns
Required Skills:
Telesales
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Ideally some formalised sales training
Proven track record of successful sales experiences
Must be an individual who exceeds pre-defined sales quotas
Must have the ability to discuss business needs with executive
management while leveraging company's solutions and services
Demonstrated deal closing abilities. Must be a true new business hunter
Results-oriented with the ability to meet sales quotas.
Experienced with cold calling and prospecting into new accounts
Excellent communications skills and focus on developing and supporting customer relations
Remuneration:
On top of your agreed negotiable salary you will also be on an uncapped
sales commission which is target based and equates to:
10% of every initial sale
The successful candidate can expect to realistically earn 35-40k OTE in
their first year. The sky really is the limit with this position so if
